Taryn Darr in A Chorus Line

David Morden (PATP '93) is Assistant Professor of Voice and Movement at the University of Arizona and this past summer taught a Voice for the Actor workshop at the Jagriti Theatre in Bangalore, India. Plus, you can catch him directing and on stage at The Rogue Theatre.

Robert Menna (MFA '93) founded and is the Director of the Milken Playwriting Prize, a theatre prize for plays that are written for teen actors to perform. Submissions for its inaugural prize are due September 15. More information about the Milken Playwriting Prize here.

Pankaj J Jha (PATP '14) will appear as Jules in Romeo and Jules as part of Left Coast Theatre Company's Shock & Awww, October 31-November 22. Next year, J will appear in two shows as part of New Conservatory Theatre Center's Youth Aware Education Theatre.

Brianne Hill (PATP '14) stars in The Mountaintop at ArtsWest, directed by Professor Valerie Curtis-Newton (MFA '96) and with costumes by Melanie Burgess (MFA '02).

Taryn Darr (BA '99) (pictured) plays Val in the 5th Avenue's production of A Chorus Line, running September 3-28.

Gavin Reub (BA '10) wrote a featured story, "Taking Chekhov to Tashkent," for the September 2014 issue of American Theatre magazine. Read it online.

If you missed it last spring, Jim Lapan's (PATP '89) one-man show, 25,000 Posts, is back and in the Penthouse, directed by Cathy Madden, September 12-14.
