Purpose and scope of the class.

  1. To give each of you a deeper understanding of and experience with of the Stanislavski System as I have understood and practiced it for over 40 years.
  2. To acquaint you with the special genius of Chekhov, the playwright, and give you some experience with approaching and working as actors on one of his plays, Three Sisters.
  3. To suggest how the skills you acquire can be used in many other contexts.
