    Last resort: Getting tickets in-person

Due to COVID-19 safety procedures and long wait times, the ticket office prefers that you obtain tickets online or via phone. If you absolutely need to purchase tickets in person, here is the procedure:

    In-person:

    1. Go to the ArtsUW Ticket Office adjacent to the Jones playhouse at 1313 NE 41st St, Seattle, WA 98105. Hours are Noon–4 p.m., Monday to Friday
    2. Present your Major Card to the ticket seller.
    3. Obtain your physical ticket.

    Day of Show:

Seating is extremely limited so we strongly suggest you get your ticket in advance. However, this is the procedure for student rush tickets:

    1. Beginning up to one hour before show time, bring your Major Card to the walk-up ticket window at the theater.
    2. If tickets are still available, you can get one then.
