Help keep up with your mental hygiene! The Drama BA Council is hosting workshops and events Monday January 30th - Saturday February 4th in Hutchinson Hall designed to help students relax and maintain focus and mental health during the stressful winter months. Between classes, midterms, tech rehearsals, and the lack of sunlight, winter quarter can grind you down. So, take some time this week to de-stress and keep yourself healthy so you can keep making your amazing art!
These workshops are free and open all Drama students, staff, and faculty.
