In The Seattle Times: Seattle's Young Artistic Directors

In the December 3rd issue of Pacific NW Magazine, The Seattle Times's Misha Berson explores the challenges facing the city's young—and relatively new on the job—artistic directors: Braden Abraham (artistic director) and Marya Sea Kaminski (associate artistic director, PATP '04) at Seattle Rep, Mathew Wright at ArtsWest, Andrew Russell at Intiman, and John Langs at ACT.

"Can these companies stay solvent, inspired and relevant in a corporatized boomtown undergoing dizzying growth and change? Can they reach the droves of high-tech professionals relocating here—and get them to click off smartphones and widescreen TVs and venture out to old-school, live entertainment?"
