Sarah Walsh Featured in San Francisco Opera’s World Premiere of The Monkey King | School of Drama

UW Drama is proud to share that Sarah Walsh, Head of Design and faculty member in the School of Drama, is serving as Associate Designer for San Francisco Opera’s world-premiere production of The Monkey King.

This new work opens the company’s 2025–26 season and marks a significant milestone in Sarah’s expanding design career on the national stage.

The production runs from November 14 to 30, 2025, at the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco, CA.
