The Daily took in Associate Professor L. Zane Jones' production of A Streetcar Named Desire this weekend. "A play at this level of excellence is the primary argument for experiencing live theater," their critic raves. "The same effect cannot be achieved by a movie, but Civic Rep and New City have taken the benefits of a live performance a step further: A paramount of intimacy is created by telling such a heartbreaking story in such close quarters."
