Maya is a third year MFA design student of the University of Washington Drama Department. Her focus is costume design. She has previously designed costumes for the SRU production of Cymbeline by William Shakespeare (Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region II, Regional Award: Excellence in Costume Design), and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Kennedy Center American College Theater Region II National Finalist in Costume Design), and the production of Out of This Furnace for Unseam’d Shakespeare Company in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
