Biography

Michaela is in her third year of the M.F.A. Costume Design program . She holds a B.A. in "Costume Design: History, Theory, Praxis" from the University of Redlands' Johnston Center for Integrative Studies. Her coursework at University of Redlands included 3 terms of Design for Science Fiction Film and Television with Dr. Piers Britton and former BBC costume designer, June Hudson. Favorite past design work includes Alice (Collaborative Artists of Redlands), The Saints Plays (University of Redlands), Painted Rain (costumes and scenic design: The Western Stage Young Company). Michaela is from Salinas, California.
