We are so excited to learn that Professor L Zane Jones will be directing for the Seattle Opera this fall on a new, and revolutionary piece. AS ONE is the story of a Hannah, a transwoman, on her journey to self-understanding. The production will also feature the work of Professor Skip Mercier and MFA alum Melanie Taylor Burgess. The opera was written in 2014 and premiered at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). This production is one of a series in the Opera's community engagement project.
