Erika Vetter

Biography

B.A., Theatre-Acting, University of Northern Colorado, 2012

Erika was born and raised in Colorado. After UNCo, she spent six years in NYC where she performed in numerous productions in the city and regionally, and worked as an Actor-Adjunct for NYPD and Rikers Island’s CIT programs (promoting generative reform and non-violent de-escalation of persons in crisis).

In 2015 she joined StateraArts, an organization advocating positive action for intersectional gender parity in the arts, as their Director of Online Communities. She later took on a second role in Statera as one of their Seattle Mentorship Chapter Coordinators.

She's at her best when she's wandering through a city, drinking tea, or engaging in citizen artistry. Her passion for playing has led her to various stages across Colorado, California, NYC, Chicago and Washington.

She currently serves as the Drama Senator for the UW Graduate & Professional Student Senate.
