School of Drama COVID-19 Prevention Plan

The School of Drama COVID-19 Prevention Plan will be updated weekly, or as needed, to stay current with any updates put forth by the University of Washington and/or the evolving needs of the School.

All Drama faculty, staff and students with access to Drama facilities are required to take the UW General COVID-19 Safety Training before returning to campus. Forward your PDF certificate Ryan Gastelum or Tina Swenson.

All Drama faculty, staff and students with access to Drama facilities are required to read the School of Drama COVID-19 Prevention Plan and Site Specific Guidelines

Finally, please schedule a time to meet with Drama's COVID-19 Supervisors, Ryan Gastelum or Tina Swenson. This meeting is a chance for you to ask any questions and for us to reiterate a few key points.

After meeting with the COVID-19 Superviors, please fill out the School of Drama COVID-19 Prevention Plan Acknowledgment.

All Drama faculty, staff and students must fill out the COVID-19 attestation via Workday on days they are coming to campus. All visitors must fill out the Drama COVID-19 Attestation Form for Visitors, Volunteers, and Vendors each day before coming to campus.

In addition, Vendors and contractors must review the University's Contractor COVID Prevention Guidance and complete the COVID-19 Contractor Symptom Monitoring/Employee Self-Attestation Certification once before working on the UW Campus. They must also review the information on this page.

Any faculty, staff and students planning to be on campus at least once per week are encouraged to take part in the Husky Coronavirus Testing Program.
