Description:
Drama majors develop a unique range of knowledge and skills during their time at UW. Our students are strong collaborators, creative thinkers, imaginative problem solvers and goal oriented. This course teaches drama majors to articulate and present their academic experience to prospective employers, chart a career path, and frame their expertise in order to create opportunities.

Topics to be covered include: Articulating your individual strengths, crafting your personal narrative, how to talk about your unique drama skills in an interview, marketing yourself, creating resumes, the value of taking risks, and exploring careers within and outside of the dramatic arts. 

Course Objective:
To help students understand the value of their BA in Drama and articulate the unique set of skills developed here through personal narrative, interviews, networking, and career exploration.
