Biography
Yesenia is a 2014 graduate from the PATP program. She was recently seen as Edwina/Mariana/Sudabey in the Pacific Northwest premiere of Passing Strange with Side Country Theatre at ACT in Seattle. Currently she teaches at Upward Bound at the University of Washington. Her favorite past UW credits include Dunyazade/Sympathy the Learned (The Arabian Nights), Moon (The Real Inspector Hound), Rosalie (Landscape of the Body), Tunu (Pentecost), and Veronica (The Motherf**ker with the Hat). She also participated in the novel workshop series with Book-It Repertory Theatre at UW as Mercedes in The Count of Monte Cristo, Kenya in Run, and Becky in the 2012 reading of The Little Princess. Some of her outside credits include: Westmoreland in Henry V with Seattle Shakespeare's Wooden O' Summer Theatre Festival, and Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet for Shakespeare Miami, among others. She has also attended the International Stunts School. Yesenia is originally from Puerto Rico.
